I do not have a specific mod in mind, as I have not used any. You can also enable the developer console in the game files, which is easy and takes only a minute, which allows you to teleport to any city, teleport your truck, and use a free cam to fly anywhere you want, and explore wherever. You can also use Cheat Engine, however it is much harder to use, and you should follow instructions carefully.
